Holy moly this show is quintessential GD and not on many best of list. It is special for me since I am from right up the road in Williamsport so the energy of the show calls to my soul, but as mentioned below - a near perfect setlist, not that setlists really matter. I know this is in the middle of the Spring 71 tour, which is fantastic, but this show is bar room Dead at it's best. Both sets are great! Must listen! Sing Me Back Home. Hard to Handle.

I was at this show. Garcia palyed with the New Riders from 8:15 until 10:30. The Dead came on at 11:00 and were still playing when we left at 3:30. I've seen Garcia, the Dead and and Weir and Lesh many times since then, but I have to say this is the best Dead show I was to. The show is wonderful but heck I was there so take anything I say with a grain of salt Cause I was 16. Sparsely attended (300-400?). And a special HEY! to the guy from New Jersey who was the walking pharmacy. cowculator
