the beginning mix seems to have bobby really in front with jerry's guitar invisible. jerry's voice is low. but as the notes state that the mix is off in the beginning. the tuning between bertha and balck throated wind, bob says something like 'what we have here is a case of new stings' btw sounds tight. the mixing with bob still higher than jerry. his voice sonds great but is his gutiar still suffeing from a case of new strings? on my eq i put the bass really high, phil rocks.

Is that Pigpen I hear doing background vocals on Ramble on Rose? Plus there's a nice harp on Big Railroad Blues. Always thought that Ron sort of faded out in the second sets towards the end. Guess he was feeling good in the run-up to Europe. I love it! As another reviewer said, I normally don't download anything after the summer of '72. They were still a great band, but I can't get over the missing piece.
