ingested psilocybin, put on headphones, started at dark star: sat outside in the windy night air, viewed the inside of my head, then i learned what life is all about listening to a song called "Comes a Time." learning to learn is what i learned to do that evening. "comes a time, when the blind man, takes your hand, says 'dont you see?' you gotta make it somehow." "cause youre afraid to fall, but the day may come, when you can't feel at all" theres something truly special in this music.

I woke up early today...Right around 8am...I wanted a mellow show to listen to that would gently wake me up. Not a spring 90...too rockin...not a 77, too sleepy...Not a 82, to Persianed...So I click on mid 72 and come right to this...Living in Oregon, I hit stream....It has been a very relaxed, positive, and healthy morning. Jerry's voice is like slices of velvet moonbeam spiraling up through the break of dawn.

They are locked in from go, Bobby's fantastic rhythm driving the train. Bob and Keith seem to especially stand out during the pre verse jam, for some reason. The ultra-jazzy theme after the first verse is just superb. Billy is a machine! Even the tiger/space meltdown seems a bit more thunderous than usual, Phil churning out some huge bombs before they do the rare (for 1972) verse two. All around, a true gem.
