Great quality. A lot of energy and a long set! Smoking set. All around good s***.

Second half of the set. Once again, a fiery show. See notes above. Great keyboards on second set. Blistering Casey Jones for encore. I downloaded from Archive and have listened to it several more times. Awesome show.

I would give this show 6 stars out of 5. I have listened to many hours of the Grateful Dead, and the closing run from this show is my single favorite disc ever, anywhere, by any band. The rest of the show is great too, but the last disc is overwhelming. The suite starts with a fantastic He's Gone. Full of energy, bubbling along, it ends with a terrific vocal outro followed by a wonderful jam. When this jam peaks it sounds like sunshine coming pouring out the speakers.

Yes, I was lucky enough to have attended this show. In fact, I lived 3 blocks from the venue, up the hill next to the UC Medical Center. In addition to stellar music from 3 bands all playing at their performing peaks, the changes and energies in our group of about 10 people seem to be well-synchronized. My sister wasn't going to be able to come, but suddenly she got a ride up from LA and a ticket for her appeared.

I'm not one to make lists, but this show is special, and everybody should hear it. Top ten material. The whole band is on fire, and Jerry is definitely the driving force here. On top of mucianship of the hightest caliber by the whole band, Jerry has a feeling to his performance that is very deep out of the ether of the world type stuff. Everyone has already pointed out the highlights, but I must tell you, there is no lowlight or subpar rendition to be found on this tape.
