    hey Jerry has no beard-i want my money back,hahaha.....yeah,my first show also. well, first i went to the rain out night and two of my friends i drove with got beat up when they went to get something to eat after we got back to the car, one of them had a big bite mark on his back, crazy s*** !!!! so, went the second time- with a different group,hah and got in and here come the Dead with Bertha to open-Nice .

    This whole concert is fantastic, but I really want to say that this eyes of the world is the best I've ever heard, and for once it's NOT because of the jam after the song (in fact, it's a little too long for my taste, especially since it never goes anywhere, it just sort of dies out at the end). The two solos jerry takes in between the three verses are mind-blowing. I have never heard him play like that in ANY eyes ever; so fast, so beautifully phrased, so inspired.

    Geez, almost 35 years ago...straining my memory but the music brings a few back. Guess it was July and we were ready for the show...dropped some acid and off we went...rain with thunder and lightning...stage was soaked...Phil came out with a clear plastic poncho that covered his guitar...when he tried to play sparks flew...the crowd went nuts (duh, everybody was trippin)...show was cancelled, rescheduled, blah, blah...had to go home trippin...who's driving?...where's the car?...came back on the…
