Classic '76, thick and magic. one of my favorite mississippi half steps. Once across the rio-grandeo they bounce on down the big river and float through wonderland...stella goes on a staircase of keiths chords through a starry darkness... ignore me. dig it.

Best Crazy Fingers. This show should have been release as an album the following year. It may be a top 5 show from the entire decade. For me the sound is superior compared to the copy I had. Overall I like the way this sounds.

Nearly all the Bertha Remasters that I have played on this site have featured terrific sound reproduction especially the bass. This show is no different as far as bass. However, when you hear the first part of Mississippi Half Step the sound is all muddy and screwed-up, but don't let that discourage you, for, by Big River, the sound is back to sounding more like a Bertha. There is a lot of tape hiss, though.
