As a 1976 junkie, this one has been bursting from my speakers on a regular basis for over 25 years. This is a classic AUD recording and really captures that "I'm there" feeling. 1st set highlights are a fabulous "Tennessee Jed" and the "Let It Grow" > "GDTRFB" closer. BLAZING stuff! The 2nd set is one long journey through GD heaven, one of my all-time favorites, seriously inspired from the first note to the last. "The Wheel" is just just incredible incredible, perhaps my favorite version ever.

Some times you get lucky. Drove to Syracuse from Clinton in my friend's grandmother's Buick Electra. General admission so to the floor we go. Orange Barrel $3 a hit, two for $5. Cold Rain opener so perfect. I remember to this day the reverb on Jerry's guitar for Candyman. Did someone say electric? GDTR first set closer with such a nice, long intro lead.
