Like a distant storm's thunder rumbles or the never ending sound of waves washing upon a beach, the repetitive and melodic Ollin being played at the Sphinx with Jerry's guitar weaving in and out of the rolling music stirs the senses and makes me yearn to be there bathed in the warm desert air. This piece of history is another example of why the Internet Archive is a modern day version of the Library of Alexandria and a wonder of modern society.

Terrific music, both haunting and whimsical. The whole Dead adventure in Egypt is surreal. It's impossible to imagine a similar thing happening today. Blues for Allah? Goodness ... Hamza El Din's "Ollin Arageed" is wonderful and all the jamming here is interesting and worth listening to. Great stuff.
