Wow, Elvis has his/her own trip happening - I've been around people who have a gift for talking folks like that down. I can do it in a pinch; I'll let this one slide. I was looking for a show that was close in time to when I asked my first girlfriend to "go with me"...(ahhh, how sweet!) It was at a little-known festival on the north slope of the San Gabriel Mtn's north of LA at the end of September, 1978.

Take the time to listen to this one!!!!!!! This is the crispiest and cleanest Jerry on archive, maybe anywhere.Unbelievable,stupendous and glorious. A MUST HAVE. The sound is top notch but someone was sleeping here and there. You must play loud and and get the highest quality file available to you. I'ts worth the wait if you have slower speed. A GEM.

10/21 & 10/22 Have always been by many to be considered the best of this run with 10/21 always receiving high marks however I just listened to this entire show uninterrupted and I must say I truly appreciate this show. The choice nuggets from this run of shows were Road Trips Volume 1 No.4 how about a box set of the entire run? Not only does the performance warrant 5 stars so does the recording. In this old Head's opinion this is truly an underrated gem.
