I felt compelled to write this review after reading all the delightful comments about this wonderful show on its 30th anniversary. I do so only to make some historical corrections and comments about this night, with the spectacular aspects of the music well described by others such as rigor1 and lvrwm. I was a freshman at Cornell and made the short drive down to Binghamton, and everyone remembers how hot and humid it was.

I got an audience copy of the second set of this show about three months after it happened, and I still have that old Maxell. The quality of this download is much improved, but clearly from the same master. This is one of my all-time favorite shows, even to the point where I badgered David Gans into checking the vault to see if a soundboard existed. No luck ...

THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST TRUCKINS IVE EVER HEARD!!! IF YOU HAVE DEAD BASE YOU WILL KNOW THAT THIS IS LISTED at # 11, BUT I THINK IF YOU LISTEN TO THE OTHERS YOU WILL FIND THAT THIS should be alot higher on that list!!!
