When a show has a strong first set, you know that a strong second set is comming. This is one of those shows (nice Franklin). The playing is tight, the solos are hot, the vocals are good, and there is energy throughout. It's also a great setlist. The low-point is drums into a not-particularly inspired Space. Overall, a 4.5.

This is a hot one! The space section is long (13 min) and jammed out hard with drums!!! Seriously, check it out at least. Patches here and there (hard to hear beginning of half step), but this one has good moments all over the place. I'm sure they wanted to step up big in the Garden.
- ★★★★★ · Great show!! · BigToeSnow · 2005
Nice quality (there are moments when the AUD pops in though). Parts of the show are unusually jumpy (pretty neat for fall 79), like the Peter, which is unusually fast -- rare and a great version. I can't believe more people haven't commented on this show, it's a goooood one.
