Spirit and soul is on display here... This is a knock out show! I almost forgot it was an AUD most of the time! High-powered china/rider, a totally Jerry peggy-o, tear-jerking FOTD and a great Althea to kick off the second set. The eyes> estimated> Franklins will get your bones shaking, so much beauty on this set of tracks, definitely shows that the Dead were on their game in 79'. Phenomenal sugar mag to end the show. What more can be said? Get this show and start dancing!

I'm just getting into the audience taped dead shows after being a fan for a long time, and this one is definitely a winner. Great sound quality and this show just blows my mind, the first set is good but the second set really takes it to the next level. This has one of my favorite versions of Lost Sailor, everyone is just so tight and together on this one.

Unbelievable Eyes as well as the rest of the show. The Eyes has an early 70's patience and development AND we get Brent instead of the late 70's Keith and Donna. I love the thick boards. 79 was a crossroads year and produced some phenomenal music and this is a prime example.Very worth the download whether you are a 70's OR 80's snob. It is "good for all."
