Another one of those sources and shows that really should be at about 4 1/2 stars. 4 for the performance, which is yet another example of the great run that was Fall 79. First Set smokes and the Second kicks it up a notch. Band is in the groove and doesn't waste a single note. Now the sound I'd have to give 5 stars. Clear and crispy. Phil is upfront and center, driving the train with great sound and depth. Good work on this one. Without a doubt worth a listen.

Great example of Famous Fall ‘79 on display. Brent getting in there and playing his own sound, the boys rocking hard and also putting out some smooth soft ballads .... thank you cleaveland! Man, ‘79 was truly something. Glad to have good sound quality to prove the naysayers that the Dead did bring it! RIP Jerry. Miss u daily!

This is one of my all time favs! where to start? The mexacali is nice into a blackbird tease. But the Shakedown into Sampson then hightime is outstanding! But the estimated into eyes is unbelievable! Then a nice black peter.I may have to say one of the better ones! I would love to hear a challange jdgatorz@yahoo.com.
