- ★★★★★ · This show is off-the-hook!! · RFKROX · 2008
This show has made my top-ten list, without a doubt! The energy and sound of this show are truly one for the ages! 5 stars and A+++++ quality! Man, I just downloaded this soundboard yesterday, and started listening to it this morning on the way to work. Without a doubt -- this show is off-the-hook! Heck, Mama Tried and Mexicali Blues are as good as I've ever heard before. I disagree with JamminJerome, who said these are throwaway versions. No way, dude!

- ★★★★★ · A Picks-worthy show · L. Rosley · 2006
D*** must have considered this for a D***'s Pick before choosing 12/26, because this is certainly D***'s Pick quality. There's consistent playing and singing throughout what is definitely and "on" night for Jerry and the band. There a great first set as well as a second, with interesting extended jams in both sets. And there's a great set list, combining the best of 1979's repertoire, leaving out the worse (such as Brent's Easy to Love You). Sugaree is an amazingly strong first song.
- ★★★★★ · Very nice show · DTSECOFR21 · 2006
** Edited - my cranky comments removed ** Sound Quality 5.0; Show Quality 5.0. Very high energy and even a blown speaker after RJ. Nice AG & IAON. All other reviews are accurate. Sorry Jerseyguy, you are right that people should relate their experiences...its just that some I read go a little to far, but if it means something to someone, then its cool. Guess I took my younger days for granted. I was lucky to see the Dead 175 times between 1977-1990.
