8th row with my sister, tripping b****, what a way to start a decade of 125+ shows. I had no idea that LRR was an unusual choice for the second set. During the Comes A Time I remember feeling fully levitated and existing in the space above the crowd. Outside the show we ran into a guy I worked with who was obviously in full mode - he played Dead tapes in the kitchen of a restaurant where I washed dishes. Much later we stopped by my buddy’s house who was making post-show french fries.

Without question this is the best audience recording to come from the late summer 1980 tour. I much prefer this to the SBD. 5 stars for this amazing performance (the whole tour is pretty hot), and 5 stars for this killer recording.....b-a-l-l...c-r-u-s-h-i-n-g Sugaree opener....
