Sound quality A+, but the seperation of channels is where this really shines. End of Scarlet>fire is really hot and the CC Rider is whacked out and Bobby is deleriuous... Ramble of rose??? Spirited song selection and not sure why they do not play this stuff in second sets anymore this is superb music. Check out that point in Eyes where Jer can either wind it down arnd the 7:00 mark right before 'sometimes we live...' and he just keeps banging it out. I like the jump out of space as well....

Damn. This is now my favorite post May 1977 Scarlet. Fire is OK...but Scarlet is cookin'....Billy and Mickey are smokin' during the transition phase. This entire set is sick! I wish the whole show was here. Sound quality is awesome too!

There is only one reason you need this folks: Scarlet Begonias>Fire On the Mountain. The end of Fire on the Mountain reaches some unreal heights. Again I thank the Archive and wonder why I was born in 1981.
