I bought windowpane out in front and we went to an Indian Place and listened to some guy play the sitar for a while. It was a beautiful crisp fall evening almost 25 years ago - hard to believe! I thought this was hot it was a nice night first set was solid as was the acoustic but was not bowled over by this show maybe because I was with someone not that into the dead - vibewise this was a great place to see shows and watching all the suits marveling at the thousands of heads spilled out all over 6th avenue made it all worthwhile.... excellent deal truckin scarlet fire and the rest of set III sizzles... show stands the test of time....

The sound of this show is bright and up front, and the crowd noise is just about right. Stellar versions of Heaven Help the Fool and Birdsong acoustic. The best Minglewood I'd ever heard and a great Wharf Rat. Radio City was a great venue and the scene here was just incredible. Thanks for posting it!
