Isn't this is what the band gave Arista as a prototype for the Reckoning LPs ? It's their studio work-up taken from the live shows in the fall of 1980. Consider it the bands "rough mix" to be given to the record company. Yes they were on the road on March 4th 1981. The date could reflect the end of the engineering work to produce the song order per the bands liking. The band didn't need to be present for that editing work.
