This was one of my favorites. It seemed like the entire show from the Garden caravanned to Utica and spent all day in throwing frisbee in the parking lot. The Big Poe-Leace seemed to be dope-slapped by the sudden appearance of so many wild-eyed people. The doors opened at just the right time: it was getting cold and March-sh. So we were happy to be indoors with beer and friends and a Dead show... all was right with the world.

This was a particularly interesting show. Last time I tell this story..ha ha,..it was a warm day and the heads were tossing frisbees in T's in the lot...then a cold wind blew in it got very cold and windy that evening, and there were a LOT of tour Heads without a ticket and the UMA kept telling them they would sell more tickets "later". Then It started snowing.
