O.K so I am cruising thru the reviews and there is at least one reviewer way down on this show. So i see a 1/2 hour Scarlet >Fire followed by almost a 1/2 hour Playin>Terrapin. O.k. i bite pick it up at LOSER and the 1st thing I notice is the Dead are jamming at the pace I experienced Europe 90 at. Namely kicked in the head by a mule. Now perhaps that is not ideal, but truthfully life on the road is never completely ideal. It got bizarre for me in a hurry.

No doubt! Undeniably one of the trippiest shows of 81. Check out that second set! Scarlet>Fire is a whopping 30 minutes!!! The drums are very powerful. Excellent jam after Terrapin. Great sound quality. I rarely give 5 star ratings, but this one deserves it...

Want a glimpse of how a single lead can set off a fire storm check out the ripping ending to Althea. At the 7 minute 24 seconds portion of Althea. Jerry steps back and lets it fly. This alone makes the song fun.
