A fine show captured in a fine recording. Shakedown is tight with few of the funkier digressions of the 15+ minute versions. Solid second set from start to finish with a nice He's Gone going into Drums capturing the Dead's classic improvisational capabilities. Truckin' out of the Drums keeps the energy high despite lyrical difficulties. Check out the fine Satisfaction - it's open season for the vocalists with Bob and Brent right there with Bob on the leads. Beautifully played, too.

Good Show, good sound Great GOD Almighty! I listened to this with the speakers cranked up to 11. the Shakedown>Greatest set the tone. Jerry nails his ballads. Very good Sailor>Saint From He's Gone on to Satisfaction is prime time Blow that freakin' whistle Bobby. (Hey did the Dead's Satisfaction have a nod to Devo?) Jerry, Brent & Weir in that order.

Charlie Miller got this sounding good, and the boys do the rest. Highlights for me include Candyman, Althea, and Space into Truckin and Black Peter.
