Another polished gem from the Shaman of Sound--Charlie Miller. Your efforts are not going un-noticed and are VERY APPRECIATED. This whole show--setlist and performance are top-notch. No weak spots, IMO. One note of interest: Check out Bobby as they head into the Playin' Jam...one of a kind!! Very fine performance this night.

I know the exact moment I became a Deadhead - Bobby turned away from the amps and went to the microphone and sang "I woke today". I was hooked from that very second and went on to see hundreds of shows, and was lucky enough to work for GDTS. But I will never forget that one moment in 1981. JH

"One note of interest: Check out Bobby as they head into the Playin' Jam...one of a kind!!" Ha! Indeed. Bobby spends a minute or two driftin and dreamin'. I must admit I have not heard of a show where that happens during Playin', before or since.
