I think many over looked this show during the summer of 82. We had so many night after night great shows it was easy to be just another show. Now years later I listen and realize how much fun this show was. I loved this tour young and free. Not a care in the world back then. The sound on this one is very nice and the sonds are top notch also. What I would I give to relive this summer tour again. 5 stars because they were on night after night, except maybe the Zoo but still on fire.

This recording dwarfs any soundboard recording. It has a little boominess to it but you feel as if your about 15 rows deep dead center! Such nice instumental balance and the band was smoking on a sweltering night in St. Paul. Early eighties boards seem to lose Lesh too easily and his contributions are sorely missed. With auds like this there are no concerns...more than twelve people should have downloaded this by now. JF
