This fun show became memorably unique for me during The Wheel. I was twirling up a narrow ramp, holding the chain link fence to keep from falling, hand over hand as I turned, with people behind following behind me, and people coming at me. There was a stream of people crossing the ramp in both directions.

This song alone is worth the price of admission. Jerry goes completely crazy. This recording is so up front and in your face that it is impossible to listen to unless played at maximum possible volume. You are right there. You are right there. One of the greatest Grateful Dead performances ever heard. A full 50 out of five star rating. incredible separation... what can one say? you hear, you hear it all. OH MY GOD !!!

Superb Althea, Big RR>Let it Grow, and the Wheel all stood out to me. I love hearing the stories of the other heads that were actually at this show. I was in the process of being born on this day, 08/21/1983! I know, I'm a youngin :)...I feel lucky to have been born during such a great sound experience...thanks all!
