Im glad to do it. It should have been called "Meet Me at the Bottom". Technically these are two separate songs. Those of us who were touring '84-'85 called it simply Ain't Superstitious on tapes. It should never be split intot two tracks, that is beyond idiotic. Deadbase is great but has some mistakes for sure, as most of us old time third-generation Heads know.

This was the 1st tape I got of any Alpine Valley show, and it was only 2nd set. It was more than likely my 1st '85 show on tape---either this or Hershey Park, I'm not sure. I've not heard it in probably close to 15 years though. I remember the night we found out that Brent had died, and I put this in just for the Black Peter as a tribute. Unfortunately this was before my being "old enough" to go to shows.

Man, this is the first show I have downloaded from '85 ... actually, might be the first one past Sept of 1980. But I am definitely going to grab the rest of the Summer of 1985, because this show is SMOKING! My eyes are open to GD past '80 for the first time ... and not the last. Great opener of CR&S, Women Smarter was wonderous, and the Drums was beatastic. Only problem I have is that the songs after Space seem to me mislabled. Anyway, five stars!
