I'd seen the band a few times before and really gotten off in a huge way, but this show changed my life. I was selling prints in the parking lot while a steady drizzle fell. After some time my brother who was selling shrooms got tired of the weather suggested we just get tickets and head in. I was right on board and we and a few others headed in to the Spectrum. My brother who's still the finest "Head" I know was rather generous with the boomers!

Explain why this is not a 5?? Brent gets kudus for Good time blues (a favorite) listen to Jer wail during this. Great Shakedown, All over now is usually a sign they are going to cook and in fact they do.... Phil gets in the act with Box of rain - Listen to Garcia crush Loser.... This He's Gone is up there with the Nassau 1981 'Bobby Sands'... There was a defect somewhere along the way and could nto hear Other One but Throwing Stones made up huge...NFA is f*cking awesome!!

I am having a hard time not putting this in the top 5 of 87. It is definitly top 10. The whole show is excellant! The super six are togather and tight, Jerry sounds angry post space like someone p***** him off back stage? Highlights? Shakedown,All Over Now, Good Time Blues,Stagger Lee,Loser,Cassidy,Aiko,St. Of Circumstance,He's Gone, Truckin>Other One>Wharfrat>T.Stones>NFA and Babyblue.. 5 stars all day.........
