Notable Moment
Bob Dylan / Grateful Dead summer tour
Six East-Coast stadium dates with Dylan as co-headliner. Dylan rehearsed extensively with the Dead at their Marin studio. Released as the Dylan & The Dead live LP in 1989. Dylan was reportedly re-energized by the band after a creative drift in the mid-80s.

Okay, it's been 7+ years since I posted the comment about Fitzy (which still applies to him & those of his ilk low life, ticketless, gatecrashing losers who yes totally F***** up the scene), but in no way was I attempting to place this on the entire city of Boston. Can't speak for anyone but myself, but I never had a bad experience with the people. Never had the displeasure of the nightmares I've heard about Sullivan Stadium either.

People like you and your idiot friend were exactly what was wrong with the Dead scene. Not the scene itself, just people like you with no business being there. Year by year more of you showed up caring nothing about the music, which made for less room for real Heads. I wish it was you that got clubbed. "Oh, yeah, the show, don't remember" Bill Walton is a good judge of character. He had you figured out from ten feet away. Kudos to that guy who ditched you. He got into the show, don't you worry.

didn't attend the show but didn't need to to know that people like fitzy77 are the reason The Dead couldn't play the great places anymore. So the gate-crashing jerk-offs behind yourself got beat up by the cops? I don't approve of police brutality but crash the gates & you get what you deserve!!!! gate crashers suck. And by the way I have met Bill Walton @ many shows & found him to be a great guy, down to earth & easy to talk to. Hey bill thanks for the autograph on my SYF hat.
