Thank you for uploading this. It was a rumor all of us knew about for awhile that this was going to be a super jam. And just listening to it a treat. We are so lucky to have this archive. Thank you for posting this . I cant say enough. Gets 5 stars because it is history for our listening pleasure.

The jam is fun, but listen to Jerry's two acceptance "speeches" -- humble yet eloquent in his own inimitable way. Bill Graham gives him the musician of the year award, adding to the poignancy. The cheesy awards show big-band that plays Touch of Grey after each GD award is kind of perfect in its own way, too ;)
