Any of you who feel this show was bad need to get a clue. This is what exemplifies GD at it's finest. True, Garcia's voice was shot (completely) but he forced himself through it. When he spiked the mic after the last verse of Black Peter it was his way of saying that there aint nothin gonna stand in my way of doin the job. Anytime I'm at work at work or playing sports, dealing with my kids etc. if I don't feel like giving my all, I try and reach deep within to get the job done.

It was funny to hear Phill try to sing. I see why they usually didn't let him. They should call his new groupp "Phill and friends who know how to sing".Too many freaky hippies in the ailse I had to stand up all show to see.Lovelight nice surprise but NONE of Weirs could hold a candle to Pigs.

I saw all three shows in Hartford and all three were, well, pretty damn good. Who gives a rat's a** if Jerry's voice wasn't perfect. A great time was had, even if it wasn't musically a particularly outstanding run.
