Drove from Minnesota to catch this one ... of course disconnected from news/current events in the process of getting there. I've always said that -- having seen quite a few shows there -- the Spectrum was the best place in America to see a rock concert. Something about the arena always made you feel like you were right up front with the band, no matter where you might have been sitting. This Ultamix perfectly captures that feeling. There's just enough audience mixed in to hear the energy from the crowd and hear the "air" in the room, especially around Jerry's guitar.

Walking down a hill, I caught the Bird Song coming from a nice car stereo system...All I can remember is the jam spiraling higher and higher, stronger and stronger, and then it did it again...and again. It may have been my state of mind, but this Bird Song is transcendental. This is a practically flawless performance, and the Bird Song is, I will dare say, one of the best ever. Check this show out. I just read the review under me about the Bird Song so I know it isn't just me.
