When i moved to Atlanta , married, started a family in 1986, i wasn't able to bring myself to do the slow motion circus road trips any longer. But the Omni shows were the one thing we affored ourselves in the way of luxeries;;;;;;;;) Although i don't remember most of the shows in great detail, i do remember this one.

  • ★★★★★ · The Weight · Joe Shlobotnick · 2005

IMO, the best Omni show of run. I think I went to more shows on this tour than any other I Spring tour I attended, and I am glad I did. I find this version of The Weight to be one of the best I've listened to and definitely the best I saw live. The crowd was very into the first set, with good reason. If you don't find the whole show appetizing for some reason, just burn the first set. Death Don't is wonderful as well.
