This was yet another outstanding show from the summer 1990 run. The first set was excellent with a very nice Shakedown, Candyman and Memphis Blues. The second set was one of those blissful summer sets when everything but the music melts away. Eyes -> Estimated -> Crazy Fingers -> UJB pred-drums - what more could a Jerry Head ask for. The post-drums segment is smokin' and my version has the GDTRFB, not to mentions the rare(and fantastic) double encore of Last Time - Bid You Goodnight.

Maybe not one of the best shows for many, but somehow my trippin butt made it to the floor, past security, to the stage. I held myself up by my elbows on the stage feet away from Brent when they did his daughter’s ballad. As security was moving, Jerry looked over & waved them off! I was wearing a fluorescent pink hat (in case anyone recalls, lol), which I tossed onto the stage. This has always been my favorite gd memory. RIP, boys. Months long elbow scars were well worth it.

Great candy man and eyes... Dead were on fire this night. Too bad Brent Mydland died days later. Changed the course of the band musically. Does anyone remember that during the space Jam there was a clay animation of a figure like Mr. Bill with a contorted face on a cell phone screaming on the video monitors.
