I got Busted in Texas March of 1991. After time spent and attorney bills I was finally able to get a show in by June, first stop Pine Knob. I questioned traveling with the Dead anymore, I had a 10 year probation sentence starring me in the face. I sat waiting for the show on the 19th and that California sunshine hit me right as the beatles Sgt. Peppers cd started playing. They played the whole friggin cd, start to finish, after it ended Jerry and the boys walked out.

this show is so underrated. yes the night before at Giant stadium is amazing but this has some really inspired playing too. we know the Scarlet Fire is great but there are good versions of Queen Jane, Ramble On Rose, They Love Each Other and Feel Like A Stranger. Minglewood is gets goin pretty good too.

They came to play this night. Great scene. Although short sets as far as songs played, each one is very well played. The Scarlet>Fire was, well, on FIRE. A good time was had by all. This is a great 91' show. Make sure you listen to the SBD copy.
