Njpg, dude I was there and no offense but were you? This was a smoking loose show. Both sets and please, that space into Watchtower-Peter is the best part. Jerry was loving sounding-off Bruce, I could tell from 8' away. This is the best recording of it I've heard and I'm stoked! Thanks

This and the other 91 Cal Expo shows from Charlie Miller are superb. Bobby sounds a little gravelly singing, but the band is tight rockin'. Check 'm out fer sher!

Can't drop below four stars for this superb sounding effort. NJPG is correct that it is a very "loose" performance, not sloppy at all but kinda carefree. Sugaree sounds almost bouyant, which is weird but Jerry gets the gravitas back for Candyman and High Time (his only other first set tunes). Still, he sings that if he had his shotgun, he'd "probably" blow Mr. Benson right to Hell. See - they are definitely not in killer mode.
