Reading the other reviews, and having been at this show, I listened to it again today to see what I thought. This a nice show. Epic? No. But not bad either so, I disagree with other who suggested as much. Sometimes, it's not the set list but, how they play the songs that is the hook. In this show, it's the opposite...it's the song selection that rocks even if the performance isn't mind-blowing.

Living in VA for the greater part of my early Dead years I attended many Hampton shows, in fact my first show was the opening spring show in Hampton '85...the point is this...even though this is not the best Hampton show I saw (second Warlocks show Fall 89), it is still rockin'. The boys might not have been "into it" but they still could blow the roof off the joint. It has been 20 years and I still get the goosebumps listening to this show...Thanks Boys!
