According to Deadbase this was Hornsby's last official show as a member of the GD. He and Vince are both featured in the mix -- both singing and playing. My impression of the band in the early 90's was that they were much more orchestral in scope. There was a grand symphony sound to them especially when Hornsby was with them. He always added those big phat gorgeous piano chords.

Yup I was here too, with Stymie, Schwanee, Andy, and a cat whose name escapes me- he loved his beer. And that God blessed S10 pickup with the topper that kept us nice and warm all the way from st. Paul. It really sucks to read that people had a bad experience at a Grateful Dead concert that's not what the party is all about. Fighting. Really? Those heads out to be ashamed of themselves and hopefully they've grown up in the last 25 years. Second of a two-night stand. I had a great time.
