I can't remember the circumstances that allowed me to get to this show. I do know that when I google my full name this article I wrote about this show for some Dead forum comes up years later. I remember there being a long line of cars and selling beer before the shows and I remember the riot before the show one night in the parking lot. That was the LSD night though not this one.

By this time i had retired from taping so I grabbed sbd's from a trader in late 93, beautiful stuff though portions of these 2 shows sound like they were mixed by a one-eared monkey. Wasn't Healy retired by then? No matter...the bugs eventually flew away and magic took their place.

Seeing the Grateful Dead in concert turned out to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me--and what a show it was! I'm glad to have a copy of it and minor audio anomalies at the beginning in no way detract from my ability to enjoy this recording.
