This show is a "must have" for beginning collector or archivist. The Jack Straw, Brokedown Palace, China Cat Sunflower into I Know You Rider, Wharf Rat and several other tracks are standard bearers for the period and for the ages. The recording is very clean (and a little bit of crowd noise would reveal the magic and intensity of the evening.

I am a huge fan of '74 Dead, and I can't think of a better way for them to end the year. The 19th is so good, but this show, despite the occasional "tinny" sound, blows it out of the water. It is one of those shows that you put in for background music, and suddenly, you find yourself transfixed, jaw gaping open, and just stop to listen. Jerry and co. went out with a bang.
