This is another hot show in the state of Maine... They sure like Playing here. Maybe it's the seafood they look forward to. Really though for some reason they seem to rip off some true Gems in the state of Maine , Augusta in 84 , here in Portland In 82 break out of Ashes ashes as we called it then & 85 with the Day Tripper show. Outside with Lewiston in 80 and my not so favorite year of 88 but still hot smoking shows every time they come to Maine.

that I got to hear my first ever Box of Rain live. (((((Thank you Phil))) It was a very sweet moment. This show has other great high lights, super fun opener as well as the rest of the first set the continued PITB through out the second set, a KILLER Dear Mr. Fantasy and a poetic Baby Blue encore.

great music and cant remember which was better between this and providence a few nights later but do remember a huge fake gorilla on top of some building above one of the parking lots we all noticed at the same time and howled.... dear mr fantasy was the high point of set II...
