Another vote to balance the whining can't record post. Kaiser was home - like so many deadheads I had an era and Kaiser was mine. Moved to SF in '78 and passed on Winterland (regret? youbetcha), but saw virtually every Kaiser show. I dropped off when the boys moved onto the Oakland Colliseum - too big. Kaiser was big compared to Winterland - and Winterland was big compared to the Fillmores. So it goes. In any case - this was a fun show.

I really laugh at "Deadheads?" that criticize shows in such detail as if they really know when The Boys were on or off. You try playing 3 to 4 hours a night over 100 nights out of a year for 30 freakin' years. As a musician of over 20 years myself... the fact that they kept coming out to entertain speaks paramount to each "missed" note. The Strange Trip Continues... Thanks Guys. Oh, BTW, it is clear to me that the intro to China sounds like a band looking for a 2nd set knock out.

This is just to balance out the one star rating below that has nothing to do with the show and is falsely lowering the rating that many people, including myself use to search for shows we haven't heard before.
