This show stands out amongst 1988 shows. First set is solid with perhaps TOO many Phil bombs. "Masterpiece" is sung by Bobby with great enthusiasm, with Jerry adding hs own high-energy vocals. "Bird Song" goes to that place. Second set pre-drums is very strong all the way through. A highlight is the only 1988 "Saint", which blazes along and contains essentially no errors despite its not being in the rotation. Energy stays strong until end of show.

I always thought that was one of the most energy-filled China>Rider transitions that I’ve ever heard. You can just feel it. But I wrote it off to good vibes and warm Florida weather, or the very clean acid we took. Listening to it now – it really was one of the best I’ve heard. This is the first I’ve heard this since being at the show in ’88 and I can’t wait to get home to listen to it again through my better speakers.

A very good overall show. China/Rider is possibly the hottest I've ever seen. Row Jimmy has always been a fav of mine, as well as Brown-eyed Women. Real nice Masterpiece, and Dear Mr Fantasy rounds out a very hot show, gonna give it 5 stars, but it's really probably a 4 1/2
